Step by step

Choose your device

Option names may vary slightly depending on your browser and system version.

Android

  1. Open MyCommunity in Chrome or another compatible browser.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu, usually in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.

  4. Confirm by tapping “Install” or “Add”.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open MyCommunity in Safari.

  2. Tap Share; on some versions, open the More button first.

  3. Scroll through the actions and choose “Add to Home Screen”.

  4. Enable “Open as Web App”, when shown, and tap “Add”.

Computer

  1. Open MyCommunity in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

  2. Look for the install icon on the right side of the address bar.

  3. If it is not shown, open the browser menu and look for “Install app”.

  4. Confirm to create a shortcut and open MyCommunity in its own window.
